BARDOT Brasserie takes guests on a culinary journey through the City of Light.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Joshua Smith creates classic crave worthy brasserie fare like roasted bone marrow and steak frites. The cocktail program tips its hat to the eclectic Parisian bars with offerings including the Sidecar from Harry's and Serendipity from Bar Hemingway. Wines will focus on regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, Alsace and the Loire.
