The Vibe
Guests of MINA Brasserie will be welcomed by a fun and dynamic environment, elegant yet informal, timeless yet modern, warm, sexy and sophisticated. The space allows for private dinners and larger groups to graze on delicious sharing plates throughout the day or into the night. The outdoor terrace comes alive with lounge seating, lush green trees and plants giving the brasserie an enticing warmth.
The Bar
Like any much loved brasserie but more, the gleaming golden bar features a collection of classics, with an emphasis on traditional aperitifs and hard-to-find spirits from around the world. MINA Brasserie celebrates the history of cocktails and preserves the practice of well-made, thoughtful drinks, bringing an honest addition to the Dubai cocktail scene. The talented team of bartenders restores guests’ spirit with their flair and love of service, warmth and knowledgeable nature. The in-depth wine list features special library collections from Burgundy, Bordeaux and California, while the fresh juices are be hand-squeezed and the tinctures, bitters, shrubs and elixirs are made in-house.
The Design
Bringing the dynamics of adored brasseries to Dubai, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS) has sought inspiration from the elegance and sophistication of European design, as well as the contemporary personality of Michael Mina and Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. Entering through the outdoor terrace, guests will instantly feel alive yet at ease. A pergola strewn with brass tear-drop pendant lights, verdant planting and free-standing trees makes this area of the restaurant feel private and comfortable. Timber slatted table tops with rattan chairs and benches, all upholstered in blue patterned fabric, are accompanied by brass and glass lanterns and wall lights.
Moving through to the main restaurant area, guests will be struck by the glass chandeliers and blue and white marble patterned flooring. A mixture of banquets and free-standing seating in blue leather with accents of brass and stud detailing reflects the welcoming feel of the terrace. A sense of privacy is created through the clever use of brass and rippled glass screens, which are positioned between the tables.
A striking bar takes center stage with its hammered antique brass front and calacatta marble top. Individual bar lamps lend a soft glow while dark timber-paneled walls with mirror detailing enliven the space and ensure it feels light and airy.
