Leading the innovative culinary team at the Marriott San Jose is Executive Chef Paul Rohadfox. Originally from New York and after serving in the United States Marine Corps, he studied at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. He moved to California shortly after and began to develop his appreciation for California cuisine.
Working in both the north and south-bay, Chef Rohadfox has worked for numerous chefs and uses the knowledge from his experiences to constantly push his craft. He believes in sourcing local ingredients and developing relationships with vendors, for which he constantly seeks out the freshest and best ingredients.
